If you ever thought about being a professional photographer, you could try it out playing this fun game. Photo Mania is about taking photos as you might guess from its name. The story beneath this game is about Ellie, our protagonist, and how she decided to start taking pictures for money.
Once, in a sunny day, Ellie was walking in the park with her dog Grimp. Suddenly Grimp found something on the bench. The newspaper the dog found, showed an announcement about photography lessons. After months of studying Ellie decided to start her own business, but some issues arose, of course. To start, she didn’t have an office to work, but it didn’t stop her. She decided to place the equipment in the yard of her house.
The game is pretty simple to play and yet very entertaining. The scenario is the yard of Ellie’s house where the basic equipment is all over the place. The customers walk by the sidewalk and stop for a photograph. You have to click on them to invite them to “come in” to the yard and ask them what kind of photograph they want. The game is limited to portraits. They can select the background color and theme. If you please their wishes you will earn more money.
Once you have set the background you have to click on the camera to take the picture. With the picture taken, you can release the spot by clicking in the customer again who will be waiting for the photograph on the sidewalk. Now you have to take the slide to the printer and load the paper the customer want. Two options available: glossy paper and regular paper. When you load the slide and the paper, the printer will print the photograph and you’ll be able to hand it to the customer and get paid.
You have to take into account the time because if you take too long to get the photograph ready you may lose the customer and the money.
When you enter the game, you’ll be viewing the Main Menu, with the following options:
